Are you struggling to navigate the changes and challenges that come with being an adult? Do you feel like you can’t figure out who you are? Are you having a hard time with self-care or adulting? Young adults today face a lot of decisions, and we have a lot of pressure placed upon us. No wonder millennials feel so anxious and overwhelmed! The good news is that you’re not alone in this. I’m a millennial myself, so I know what struggles you’re going through, that’s why I specialize in helping millennials handle anxiety and stress.

All of the work that I offer is online, which means that all of these changes can happen while you balance work, relationships, and other obligations you have in your life. Online counseling helps you get to therapy no matter what is going on in your life.

If you are a millennial who is feeling overwhelmed by new life circumstances and experiencing feelings of stress and anxiety, I can help provide insight, guidance, and relief.
