On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

As a therapist for over 10 years I have come to realize that there is really no “perfect” time to begin your journey in therapy. There are a million reasons to not seek therapy but somewhere there is a voice inside that possesses a kind of knowing – ‘there must be a better way’. Deciding to move forward in the presence of ambivalence is a sign of great courage. And embarking on the road to your own well being is a courageous act. I support and honor your courage in taking that next step.
