I provide Gottman Method Couples Therapy, a short-term, goal-oriented, and research driven approach to creating positive change in your relationship. I specialize in working with couples who have patterns of escalated conflict (even if the rest of the relationship feels pretty good) as well as couples who are recovering (or trying to recover) from an infidelity or betrayal of trust.
I also offer individual psychotherapy, primarily with men, who are struggling with anger management, stress management, depression and anxiety or who want to change who they are in their relationships.
