Personal Statement
My greatest pleasure in counseling is helping families find peace and joy. This may happen by working with a small child or adolescent. It may happen by working with a couple. It also happens by working with the entire family at one time. Communication, love, mutual respect, and a quest for understanding one another are huge keys in helping my clients locate, attain, and perpetuate peace and joy.
I am a clinical mental health therapist in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Though I work with a wide variety of clients, my specialties are in anxiety, depression, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, though I treat people for many other forms of mental illness as well.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. I work with people of all age groups, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and religions. My preferred methodoligies include: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, ERP (Exposure Therapy), Adlerian Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
