Personal Statement

My name is Craig and for many years I’ve had the honor of helping people get back on their feet and overcome major life challenges, depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, and many other very serious difficulties. I believe everyone has the potential to not just feel better and move past their current struggles but also genuinely feel happier and more fulfilled with their current life and future potential. It’s not uncommon to struggle with major life events and feel stuck and lost. Sometimes it’s hard to sort things out yourself and you might need help to figure out where you are at and chart a new course with a new plan.

Some common problems I can help with are Depression / Anxiety/ OCD, ADHD / Bipolar / Stress and Anger Management / Family, Relationship, Parenting issues / Caregiver Stress / Aging Parents / End-of life/ Career and Work Burnout / Grief and Loss/ Adjusting to Change / Life Transitions / Midlife Transition / Self-Care / Social Anxiety / Phobia
