Personal Statement

Calita Madry defines her approach to counseling as eclectic- based which consists of different therapeutic methods. She believes the client maintains control over the pace and content of therapy in order for the client to achieve their sought after, personal goals. The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach targets and helps to change the maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors.
