Personal Statement

Stress, addictions or compulsive behaviors can creep in your life in such a way that you don’t realize it until it’s out of control. I’m talking about drinking too much each week, taking a few extra prescription pills to help you sleep, binging or restricting food, shopping way out of your means or perhaps being on your phone or gaming system most of the day and night. All this increases stress, depression and anxiety and this is where I step in.

Over the past 15+ years, I have helped adults and teens learn the tools and skills needed to get their lives back into a well balanced state (being happier and less stressed). And I can help you too. I offer individual and group sessions with a nonjudgmental, flexible approach that meets you where you are at.

I offer appointments in the office or telehealth that are flexible to your needs and busy schedule. Together, we’ll create a customized plan to get your life back on track. Visit my website to learn more and schedule your session today.
