Personal Statement

I specialize in working with families through every stage of their journey, helping them thrive. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents with a variety of emotional or behavioral issues, helping parents operate as a stronger team, and helping families build stronger connections through the variety of transitions that family life brings. I also work with individuals and couples helping them achieve balance, personal growth, and healing in their relationships. I help clients of all ages build emotional regulation skills and resiliency.

I work with children, teens, and adults and take a developmental and relational approach to helping individuals and families grow and heal. Growth happens throughout a lifetime and everyone has the capacity for meaningful change. Small shifts often result in increased satisfaction in your life and relationships. Let’s talk.

Working with parents and families, I help them shift from a behavioral perspective to a developmental and relational perspective. This helps them to see behavior and conflict in a new way and opens up possibilities for healing, growth, and stronger family relationships.
