Personal Statement

Working through unwanted emotions can be difficult, but when these emotions become daily patterns, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. I’m glad that you are taking the initial steps toward finding a solution to this challenge. Self-care, personal growth, and progress are all key components toward harmony and healing.

What I offer is a secure, open, and comfortable environment to relay your concerns, find clarity in your thoughts, and build coping skills to move beyond the negative. I provide therapeutic services for individuals (teenagers to adults), couples, and families. My specialties are treating people struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression; however, I also work with people regarding behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, codependency, divorce, parenting, sleep issues, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, and relationship/family conflicts.

Taking the first step toward self-care through therapy is courageous and commendable. I am passionate about helping you tap into your unique strengths to overcome the challenges you face. Please, contact me for a free 20-minute telephone consultation to see if I am the right therapist for you.
