Personal Statement

Life is full of challenges and we all face times in our lives where we may struggle to maintain our sense of well-being. During these times it is often helpful to speak with a professional; where you feel safe and comfortable to work through these challenges. As a therapist I like to meet the client where they are in their present struggles and walk alongside them towards healing. No matter what the issue may be I am here to help you. I utilize an array of different approaches to therapy and choose the best fit for each client.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, grief/loss, behavioral issues, and parenting. However, I also work with clients in a variety of different areas; such as depression, adjustment disorders, divorce, body image, spirituality, marital, life coaching, career counseling, attachment, ADD/ADHD, underachievement, addiction, premarital preparation, social appropriateness, blended families, life transitions, gender identity/sexuality, oppositional defiance disorder (ODD), and family/relationship conflict. E-Counseling services available.

I have a passion for helping others and would love to help you in your journey towards healing. Remember that seeking out for help is the first and most important part of your journey.
