    My Approach to Helping

We are living in a time of uncertainty, and for many, fear is a part of our every day lives. The healing and answers we seek go beyond band-aid approaches or comforting words. To heal our wounds, and live with the realities of life’s unpredictability, we need all of us. And you need all of you, together, and whole.

As you access a visceral awareness of your body and listen to your intuitive heart, your healing begins. Tapping into your mind’s creativity to unearth internal wisdom and external resources, all your parts together can mend traumatic injuries and weave together a new path.

I have found that for many, an integration of vocal expression expands this healing, into a new sense of aliveness and personal truth. And when we connect to our own core vibrations, our ability to relate to others, and to the natural world, flowers.

When you find unity in all aspects of the self – making room for your loving heart and your authentic voice – you find a kinship with others and the wider world of nature and grace. A new sense of hope and aliveness is possible. I invite you to begin the next evolution of your life.

    More Info About My Practice

As an experienced psychotherapist and lifelong seeker, I am now finding ways to pass along the gifts I have culled. Individually, as well as in workshops and conferences, I love to teach and mentor creative healers, therapists, and kindred spirits. My education and credentialing includes certification in Somatic Experiencing and Hypnosis, along with studies in the Sacred Feminine and ritual. I am also certified as a SpiritSong facilitator, and have also been called to embrace the power and freedom of the natural voice.

I feel blessed to witness and encourage the unfolding of your precious essential being.
