Personal Statement

Sometimes all we need is a little support and we find our way. With over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families I have found there is always hope and always a way. I am here to provide you with the support you may need to heal emotional pain or to simply gain the tools that can help you attain your therapeutic goal.

My practice includes working with Individuals, couples and families. Frequently people come to me for help when they are encountering difficulties. These difficulties can be small issues while other times they may be more significant and complex in nature. Either way, my role is to provide you with the support you may need as you begin to make the positive changes you desire.

Your goals may include improving your relationships, manage and cope with conflict and/or stress, parenting difficult teenagers, navigating difficult emotions resulting from separation, losses and divorce. Other times it may be to help you begin the healing process which may include addressing past trauma and emotional pain.
