Something’s got to change. You’re tired of being overwhelmed by your emotions, and you’re frustrated with yourself. You find yourself acting impulsively, doing things you aren’t proud of. Relationships are hard to maintain. You’re barely holding it together on the outside when it feels like everything is falling apart on the inside. You want to create a life that feels more stable, more secure, but you aren’t sure how.

You don’t have to feel this way forever. You can find relief from critical and unkind self-talk, identify alternatives to impulsive and self-sabotaging behavior, and heal from past traumas. Therapy can give you connection, validation, understanding, and a non-judgmental space to develop skills and tools to regain a sense of peace.

I’ve spent years working with people going through the tough stuff: suicidal thoughts, addiction, and self-harm. I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to therapy. I’d be honored to work with you. Give me a call to schedule a free consultation.
