    I offer family and individual therapy for adolescents, children, and adults facing a wide range of challenges and difficulties. If you or your child are looking for support and guidance through a challenging situation, I can help. Perhaps you’re ready to move toward a new goal or want to hone your insights about your life. I look forward to helping your child or you resolve the challenges you face and better understand your life.

    I offer empathetic, safe, and judgment-free space to discuss your difficulties and work toward resolutions. I value the individuality of each client and focus on what’s important and unique to my clients.

    I endeavor to help each of my clients find healthy ways to honor himself or herself. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, I will help explore patterns and obstacles that may be interfering with you or your child experiencing a more enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life.
