Personal Statement
Carl Jung clearly articulated the principle that drives my passion as a therapist, ‘I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.’ I am dedicated to the field of therapy. I believe in its potential to provide you an unparalleled experience in your journey of healing and growth. Each of us possess internal fortitude to heal, learn and integrate our experiences. Sometimes recognizing these resources is challenging. My primary approach is to collaborate with you, the expert on your life.
My therapeutic orientation is grounded in Rogerian and Existential Theories while introducing other interventions based upon your specific need.
I specialize in providing trauma interventions to those who have been abused emotionally, physically and spiritually. I have discovered a growing need to those who have been trapped in the cycle of Narcissistic Abuse. I assist those who have been targeted by Narcissists, Sociopaths and Psychopaths untangle their lives and identities from these toxic relationships.
