My passion is helping clients discover ways to restore emotional wellness, renew passion for living, & set goals to ensure awareness, participation, & enjoyment in their lives. My approach is client-centered, holistic, creative, engaging, encouraging, & warm. My goal is to offer the right amount of support & guidance to help clients recognize their own potential, start controlling what they can, & moving forward to achieve personalized goals for living fully, without distress.
