Without knowing it, many have within in them the abilities and strengths to alter their lives for the better. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to address our individual needs without objectivity and therapeutic methods. My job is to teach clients skills and guide them through various mind body modalities for healing. I use mindfulness, coherence therapy, hypnosis, EMDR, yoga, NLP, and EFT. The objective of my practice is to help clients find long-lasting inner peace and health within the context of brief therapy support. It is through the examination of persistent and unhealthy behaviors/attitudes that we can begin to find a path toward resolution. It is impossible to change the past, but it is possible and necessary to take control of the present.
