Personal Statement

I create and provide a space that is safe and supportive for both individual and group work. I guide clients to explore self awareness which leads to self discovery and balance in your life. I will work with you to validate your experiences, support you and guide you to find new ways to live a life you desire.

If you choose, I can also provide Reiki healing. Reiki is a natural technique that balances energy, promotes healing and helps the body physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is therapeutic and relaxing. Reiki combined with counseling, relieves and releases symptoms from anxiety, depression, trauma and stress or any other issues you may be managing.

I also provide wellness and empowerment workshops.Themes include: self-awareness, building connections with others, stress management, improved communication, mindfulness, creating balance, overcoming fears. Workshops are unique, action-oriented and are celebrated with a surprise element of empowerment!
