    My Approach to Helping

    I use a comprehensive theoretical approach emphasizing cognitive theory which demonstrates effectiveness with depression, anxiety, anger management, and couples counseling. Areas of specialty: anger management and couples counseling, including for those who have determined that divorce is likely. My “therapeutic mediation” helps couples reduce the suffering and provides co-parenting counseling. I use an eclectic theoretical approach emphasizing cognitive theory which demonstrates effectiveness with depression, anxiety, anger management, and couples counseling. My “therapeutic mediation” helps couples reduce the suffering and provide co- My practice takes a 180 degree look at the presenting problem that strives to address the entire working solution. Each person present plays roles in the problem and solutions. I work to help each person grow into the best they can toward creating the solution.

    More Info About My Practice

    I work with each person that I come into contact with to ensure that we have both come away better for the experience. Each time I ask my client to think, I am asked to think myself, to put myself into a new situation that I would potentially otherwise not do. I am not always comfortable with that reality, just as my clients are not. But I know that ultimately I will be glad to have had the adventure.
