Personal Statement

I specialize in providing both marriage and individual counseling related to trauma and crisis management. I also work with adolescents struggling with conduct and behavioral issues.

My passion for this work probably stems from my own personal experiences. I am a wife and mother who works diligently to balance a career and family, so I understand how complicated life can get. Unfortunately, I do not have all the answers. But in my experience, I have come to realize that most of the answers already exist inside of you and my job is to listen. And with my training, understanding of mental heath and Christian values, I can assist you discover your own strengths and learn effective techniques that will help you face your challenges.
