    My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is drawn from different techniques and treatment modalities that I have integrated over the course of more than 20 years working in this field. I do not believe “one size fits all” in counseling and I strive to build on your individual strengths to help maximize your potential for personal growth and fulfillment. My goal is to provide a safe environment where you and your family can feel comfortable to explore the past, gain insight and make positive changes when necessary. I view therapy as a highly interactive and collaborative process. I value your input and encourage you to discuss any concerns you have throughout our work together. If you are seeking therapy for your child or adolescent, please rest assured that I consider you to be the ultimate expert on your child. I am here to support you, advocate for you and help you navigate the unique challenges of parenting in today’s fast-paced world.
