I teach mindfulness techniques as tools to ease anxiety and depression. Mindfulness is paying attention to our present moment experiences with openness and curiosity and a willingness to be with what is. It is in the present moment where we can learn to connect to our bodies and environment, tend to our emotions, and truly take care of ourselves. Simple mindfulness exercises during the day can re-connect you to yourself and promote a deep sense of peace.
