Personal Statement

Alexandra is working with adolescents, adults, families, married couples and the Forensic population utilizing evidence based methodologies to assist with a wide range of psychological and behavioral problems. Certified in DBT to work with Borderline and emotionally disregulated clients and certified as a Personality Disorder specialist. She has had great success in treating many anxiety based disorders, mood disorders and ADHD in older children (does not work with children under the age of 9).

Alexandra helps clients work towards specific goals through consistent work inside and outside of therapy sessions. She strongly believes that bringing psychoeducation to her clients is the first step to helping them relieve troublesome symptoms and take control of their lives in a positive manner.
